Mountains, forests, and meadows surround the Živković household. Lake Liverovići is within walking distance. This family is mainly engaged in fruit growing, such as apples, plums, quinces, cherries, and sour cherries. In addition to the orchard, they also have an apiary from which they produce honey for their own needs, as well as beeswax for sale. They wish to ensure that all products are of organic origin, so they grow various types of vegetables in their greenhouse.
The stone house, more than half a century old, has recently been renovated so that it retains its authenticity. The household uses drinking water from a nearby natural waterfall and also boasts solar panels as an alternative source of energy.
