At a high altitude, surrounded only by mountains and forests, there is the Hajla eco-village. This natural rural household consists of beautiful wooden houses with steep and low weeds overgrown with grass. The Kurpejović family also takes care of cows, sheep, and chickens. Guests especially like the activity of picking blueberries, raspberries, and currants, abundant in the area, as well as mountain herbs from which they later make teas.
Traditional meals are prepared in the household, which will satiate you nicely after long walks along the beautiful Katun trails or hikes to some of the highest peaks in the country.
