The Simonović household is engaged in farming and fruit growing, with special care dedicated to cultivating vegetables used daily in the preparation of homemade meals for our guests. Every dish we serve is lovingly prepared using ingredients we grow ourselves – fresh, wholesome, and authentic. In addition to a rich culinary experience, our guests also have the chance to sample products made in our home workshop: homemade fruit brandy rakija, various liqueurs, jams, and preserves crafted according to traditional recipes passed down through generations. For those in search of nature and adventure, we organise excursions to the lakes of Bjelasica – hidden gems surrounded by mountain peaks and rich flora and fauna. During the tour, guests can also visit nearby katuns, where they can enjoy traditional dairy products – cheese, kajmak, and yoghurt – all made the old-fashioned way.
