The “Prošćenske žari” rural household is located in the village of Prošćenje, not far from Mojkovac. The household is located on a hill giving an incredible view of Tara, but also the peaks of Sinjajevina, Bjelasica, Ljubišnja and Komovi. The rich nature and the conifer forest that surrounds the household offer a variety of forest fruits during the summer season, and the guests enjoy berries and mushrooms the most. The household is primarily engaged in cattle breeding and agriculture, so there are always fresh domestic products on the table: cheese and kajmak, eggs, dried meat, fresh seasonal vegetables. If you want to have an active holiday and get to know this region through various activities, the hosts will organize hiking and cycling tours for you through Bjelasica and Sinjajevina, horse riding, a tour of Biogradska Gora and the lake, or rafting on the Tara River.
