“Suri” rural household is located in the village of Brljevo, above which rise the mountains Maglić and Bioč, whose peaks exceed a height of 2,000 m, and on the east and south sides, there is the canyon of Piva Lake. All around the village there is a dense beech and coniferous forest. Inside the household there is a traditional beer house, built in 1920, which has been renovated and modernly equipped. Under the old maple tree there is a kind of dining room where traditional dishes from these parts are served. The offer usually includes fresh trout from Piva Lake, beer prosciutto, pies, priganice, cicvara, home-made kaymak, cheese and potatoes, but also other specialties, and a large selection of home-made rakija that comes exclusively from this area. In agreement with the hosts, it is possible to organize jeep safari tours around the Durmitor ring, visit the Piva Monastery, Zagrađe Monastery, or rent quads suitable for touring mountain roads.
